STEP 1: CREATING THE BLOG PAGE

1. Click Pages → Add New.
2. You can give this page a title, eg. “Articles”. You don’t have to include any content.
3. Click Publish.
4. Now you can add the new page to your menu .
5. Click Settings → Reading and select homepage displays a static page. Select the page you just created as your Posts page and click Save Changes.
6. Select the blog layout in Appearance → Customize → Layout → Blog.

STEP 2: CREATING BLOG POSTS

1. Click Posts → Add New
2. Enter a title and the blog post content.
3. Click Posts → Featured Image to upload the featured image.
4. Click Posts → Layout to select the layout for the post:
   
5. Click Publish.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Layout → Blog → Blog Single Posts and select which post meta you wish to display on single blog pages.
